Shopping Cart
How to use the shopping cart The gracygirl shopping cart is easy to use. To add an item to your cart, simply click 'Add.' To view the contents of your cart at any time, click 'View Cart.' You can change the contents of your cart and click Recalculate to see a new total price. Simply click 'Checkout' to purchase the items in your cart. It's that easy!
Item availablility Although we make every effort to keep enough stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you by e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and your shipping confirmation.
Payment Methods gracygirl.com accepts Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal payments (which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks).
Sales tax Sales tax is charged only to states where a store has a physical presence. Since gracygirl.comis located in New Jersey and since New Jersey does not charge sales tax on clothing. gracygirl.com does not charge sales tax. We knew Jersey was good for something!
How to track your order You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can also check the status of your order by clicking 'My Account' and then 'Track Orders'. Our goal is to make your life easier so we try and cover all the bases.
How to modify your order You cannot modify your order once it has been placed (including cancellations).
Customer Registration
Why register? You should register on gracygirl.com if you are making a purchase. By registering, you are creating an account that only you can access. Plus you will have access to cool stuff like discounts and early sale information, but we promise only the important stuff.
How to register Simply click on 'My Account' to register on gracygirl.com. If you have never purchased from us before, you register with us when you place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on 'Checkout' and you will automatically be directed to the register page.
Forgot your password? Simply click on 'My Account' and click the Forgot password link. You enter your email address and click 'Retrieve password.' gracygirl.com will send your password information to the email address you entered.
How to change your password Simply click on 'My Account' and login to your gracygirl.com account. Click 'Modify user data' and change your password. It's that simple!
How to make changes to your account Simply click on 'My Account' and login to your gracygirl.com account. You can then make changes by clicking 'Modify user data.'
Shipping and Handling
Guidelines Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day, and will ship within 48 hours. gracygirl.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

International shipping costs International shipping is based on many factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package and the destination. To calculate the cost of shipping a package internationally, you must be registered on gracygirl.com. Once you have added all items to your shopping cart, click on Checkout. Choose your shipping method to display the cost of shipping.
IMPORTANT: Shipping charges include brokerage fees but do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from gracygirl.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to gracygirl.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Do you ship to where I live? gracygirl.com ships to most places. If you are not sure, email us at customerservice@gracygirl.com.
Shipping Restrictions Since we ship using DHL, we do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We also do not offer Saturday delivery. If you require any of these, please email us at customerservice@gracygirl.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We understand a fashion emergency and we will do our best to get you out of yours.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy We would be happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED. All tags MUST be attached. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be refunded in the form of online credit only. Please follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package. We do NOT refund shipping and handling charges.

Gift Services
Gift certificates You can purchase a gift certificate online. We offer gift certificates in the pre-determined dollar amounts featured on our site. You can add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. At this time, gift certificates do not automatically ship. You will receive an email with a discount code and you can print a color copy of your gift certificate for presentation. You can contact Customer Service by email at customerservice@gracygirl.com or call Customer Service at 1-877-31-GRACY to request the shipment of your gift certificate.
To make a purchase using your gift certificate simply enter the discount code when you checkout and the total amount will be deducted from your purchase.
